フレディー、シアトルで現役復帰

アメリカのプロチーム、シアトル・サウンダースと契約を結んだようです。

　Former Arsenal favourite Freddie Ljungberg has signed for MLS new boys Seattle Sounders.
　After nine years with the Gunners, the Swede signed for West Ham in 2007. However, following a succession of injury problems, his contract with the East Londoners was terminated.
　The 31-year-old, voted Arsenal’s 11th greatest player in last summer’s online poll, will join the Sounders as their ‘designated’ player for the 2009 season.

　ケガに疲れて引退するかもという説も報道されたけど、現役復帰するというニュースが聞けて嬉しい。

　ただ、記事の中のこの一節は気に入らん。
